Domestic Deliveries: Available across India through our logistics partners.
Export Deliveries: Available to select international markets, subject to regulatory compliance.
Retail Orders: Processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Wholesale/Bulk Orders: Processing time depends on order quantity, product availability, and custom packaging requirements. Timelines are shared at the time of order confirmation.
Domestic: 2–7 business days depending on the delivery location and shipping method.
International: 7–21 business days depending on destination country, shipping method, and customs clearance.
Retail orders may have a delivery fee depending on the order value and location.
Wholesale and export orders are shipped on mutually agreed freight terms (FOB, CIF, etc.).
Free shipping offers, if any, will be mentioned on our website or during promotions.
All products are packed using premium, food-safe packaging to maintain freshness, prevent damage, and comply with domestic/international standards.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your shipment status.
Delays caused by natural calamities, strikes, lockdowns, or customs clearance are beyond our control.
We will make every effort to keep you informed in case of any delay.
For retail orders, delivery is considered complete once the package is handed over to the recipient or left at the delivery address.
For wholesale/export orders, delivery terms follow the agreed Incoterms (FOB, CIF, etc.).
